In October 2024, we created a full experience weekend for the Digital Department of Avolta, the global brand born from the merger of Dufry and Autogrill.
The goal: to design a standout gathering in Madrid for 120 team members from over 10 countries — combining strategy, inspiration, and human connection in one seamless experience.
We kicked things off with a curated walking tour through the city’s historic center, blending local culture and tapas for a true taste of Madrid.
Day two was dedicated to strategy and collaboration at The Cube, Madrid’s leading digital innovation hub, hosting keynotes, workshops and networking sessions.
The weekend closed at Palacio de Aldovea, a stunning 18th-century estate, where the team enjoyed a traditional paella team-building activity, guided tours and a final evening celebration.
